Good things here
There is no issues related to electricity and water because both water and electricity is provided 24*7 . The shopping malls , banks are nearby at walkable distance . The parks are well maintained and there are so many garden , trees in it . The market is just at walkable distance and essential shops are easily available . The problem is about the availability of buses because buses are not frequently available . The good hospitals , colleges and metro station is 6 km away from this locality . There are very less street lights in this locality but more police patrolling . There is more dust pollution due to improper roads . The primary downside to Pal is the cost of living, as it's considered a premium area in Surat. Property prices and rental rates are higher compared to other parts of the city. Additionally, traffic can get congested during peak hours, especially on the bridges connecting Pal to other parts of Surat.
