A calm, orderly environment with excellent security. Airy and roomy ambiance. It has a common gathering space, a playground, a skating ring, a garden, and 21 buildings, each with five storeys. Good public transport.

Nearby residents are really helpful. People were particularly worried about it during COVID-19. The distance to the adjacent market is five minutes by foot. There are several bus stops in this area.
