Good things here

There is no issues related to electricity and water because both water and electricity is provided 24*7 . The shopping malls , banks are nearby at walkable distance . The parks are well maintained and there are so many garden , trees in it . The market is just at walkable distance and essential shops are easily available . The problem is about the availability of buses because buses are not frequently available . The good hospitals , colleges and metro station is 6 km away from this locality . There are very less street lights in this locality but more police patrolling . There is more dust pollution due to improper roads . The availability of essential services, easy access to schools, hospitals, and recreational areas, and the overall peaceful atmosphere are major positives. The well-maintained parks and waterfront views also make it a great place for outdoor activities.read more

Things need improvement

The primary downside to Pal is the cost of living, as it's considered a premium area in Surat. Property prices and rental rates are higher compared to other parts of the city. Additionally, traffic can get congested during peak hours, especially on the bridges connecting Pal to other parts of Surat. Public transport could be improved further to keep up with the growing population and demand.read more
