Pioneer Kingstown is very good project for people looking to live in prime Bengaluru location within slightly better budget. Maintenance problem is not there. WFH crowd will not face problem with mobile network but construction noise is still there. However, i didn't like the fittings in bathroom also some areas aren't that spacious

Bought it as an impulsive investment but one that is paying off now! For starters, the developer has really wowed me with the superior construction quality, the design and plush interiors. All maintenance and services are superb.

lub house, vaastu compliant, large open space, multipurpose hall, swimming pool, and others are some of the amenities offered all advanced security features, and so much more like premium interior fitting and fixture. The quality of the construction is also strong and is the long-term investment that i have taken a good decision.

Presence of several colleges within the locality drives demand for paying guest accommodations and rental housing units. The construction is of high level and does not require much maintenance still the roads as well taken care and clean. The lush green park, jogging track makes you feel light and fresh. CCTV cameras with security professionals make you feel safer. The public transport is within reach and there is no traffic problem outside and because of this reason cabs arrive at time.read more

The office hubs of Electronic City, Koramangala and Bellandur are less than 6 km away, driving residential demand here. There grocery shops, gym, swimming pool, ATMs just inside the complex. The public transport including bus stand, taxi stand are nearby. Good security system is always there are CCTV cameras all over the area supported by the security guards. There is also police patrolling which is done multiple times of the day and night. All types of facilities including shops, chemist, gym, parks, and swimming pool are available inside the society so there is no requirement to step out of the place.
