Good things here

Connectivity with autos and cabs is easily available near the society within walking distance. Power backup is available in the society. Garbage collection is very good; they collect wet and dry separately. Amenities like swimming pool, clubhouse, gym, table tennis, and kids play area are available and well-maintained. People are very friendly and respectable in the society. Hospitals are available nearby in the city. The atmosphere in the society is very good. Construction quality is good; there are no seepage or leakage issues in the society.read more

Water facility is not good in the society. The water there is not suitable for daily use. Is there or not water issues in the society? The water use is mostly dependent on the water that is not good in the society. Cabs are not available in the society if we book also in the society it will cancel.read more

Good things here

Maintenance is good here, proper cleanliness is maintained. All amenities are there, they have invested near 200crores for the gym and all amenities. The neighborhood is great, we do celebrate festivals together. The private transport is good like Ola and Uber. But the public transport is quite difficult to get. It is around 1. 5Km away from our society to go incase I want to opt for any bus, auto or any public transport. We are also planning to talk to the MLA of here so that this issue can be resolved.read more

Good things here

I really appreciate the good connectivity here, with public transport like buses, autos, and cabs easily available. Schools, hospitals, and markets are conveniently nearby. Each resident gets designated parking, and the rules are well followed. Regular garbage collection with wet and dry segregation is in place, and we have a reliable electricity and water supply. The gym, clubhouse, and swimming pool are well-maintained, and the neighbors are very friendly. The presence of CCTV cameras and security guards adds to the safety.read more

There is a water shortage issue in the society that could be improved. Additionally, there is seepage and leakage in the basement. Other than these issues, everything else is great.read more

Getting around is so easy with plenty of autos and cabs available, plus the metro and other public transport options are super convenient. The cleanliness is impressive � garbage is picked up on time, there�s no waterlogging, and the buildings are well-maintained with no cracks. The gym and swimming pool are fantastic.
