There are no concerns regarding leakage or seepage, and the building is structurally sound. Cleaning is conducted promptly, and garbage collection is regular. Security is robust, with active guards present at all times.read more
Connectivity is poor as autos, buses, and rickshaws are not readily available nearby, necessitating a longer journey to access them. Additionally, grocery and general stores are not conveniently located, requiring travel to obtain daily necessities.read more

The society offers parking facilities, and there is uninterrupted 24-hour supply of water and electricity. It is cleaned and well-maintained, with timely garbage collection. Neighbors are decent and interactive. The building does not have any issues with leakage or seepage.read more
The connectivity is quite poor as buses, autos, and rickshaws are located far from the society. I often have to walk a considerable distance to find an auto and sometimes wait for extended periods away from the society.read more

The neighbors are nice; they talk well and are helpful. The society has all the amenities like a gym, swimming pool, clubhouse, and garden where people can relax. The maintenance is also good; it stays clean and tidy, and there is no dirt around.read more
Auto, bus, and rickshaw are not easily available. We have to wait a long time and walk a bit far to get them. There are also issues with construction in some places, like leakage and seepage problems, where water drips in certain spots.read more

This society has great connectivity with availability of autos, cabs and hospitals nearby. No issue in the maintenance of lifts, water , electricity supply or garbage collection. No major issues in the leakage, seepage, cracks and ventilation. It has all the amenities required like swimming pool, gym, park and clubhouse. People in the neighbourhood are quite friendly , they celebrates festivals together.read more
There can be some minor issues related to leakage, seepage but they are managed on time as the maintenance of society is quite good . There are no other issues in the society that i faced.read more
