Good things here

Auto and cabs are easily available on that place and great school nearby and hospitals are accessible in that place nice park and kids playarea large clubhouse and spacious gym are availableread more

this place have not clean and spacious and no community space are available and very polution in that place and residents are not nice and very noiseless place and cheap materials are used to wallread more

Good things here

I often visit this place as my best friend lives here. It's almost my second home. It's in prime location of Rohini nearby to NH-1 highway. Owners are so polite and respectful. With quality educational institutes, bus & metro stops, nearby marke places, parks etc it's an amazing place to live. Amenities like club, lush green environment, visitors parking space,kids playing arena, party house, swimming pool, big lifts and many more are just ideal for a family. It adds measures to prevent from earthquake too. Low crime rate because of police good efforts. I must say that if your planning to live in Delhi just visit this beautiful place and I'm sure you won't be disappointed.read more

Things need improvement

Moving heavy vehicle inside premises is a hectic job as it has narrow roads inside the campus. Some areas are bit noisy because of proximity to main roads. Rain water harvesting and garbage disposal management can be improved. Some can also feel that maintenance charges are high. But still in my opinion it's simply awesome and amazing place.read more
