The connectivity of the society is good, public transports like auto, cabs are available at a walkable distance outside the society. Nearby local shops, super markets and grocery stores, schools, restaurants are available outside the society. Roads outside the society are well maintained. Traffic issues are not faced outside the society. The constructuion quality is good, issues like seepage, leakage and plaster issues are not faced in the society. Park is available in the society. The society is maintained and kept clean, hygine is properly maintained. Garbage collections are done on time in the society. Water supply issues are not faced. No such major electricity issues are faced. People are friendly and cooperative, cultural events and festivals are celebrated together in the society. Lift is available and maintained properly. CCTV is avilable and works properly.read more

Other facilities like gym, swimmingpool, club house, play area for kids are not available in the society. Mobile network issues are faced in the society. Drainage system is average, water logging issues are faced in the society which needs to be improved. Paintings are not done on time.read more

Park is available but not maintained properly, Dog's shits are all over the park. The owners does not maintain the parks. Street dog issues are faced a lot inside the society premises. Greeneries are not maintained properly. The society is not maintained and kept clean, hygine is properly not maintained. The constructuion quality is average, issues like seepage, leakage and plaster issues are faced in the society. Wall quality is not good. Maintainance are done by the tenents Other facilities like gym, swimmingpool, club house, parks, play area for kids are not available in the society. Lift is not available in the society.read more
