Living in Suraj Homes for the past year has been a pleasant experience. The apartments are spacious and well-lit, with modern amenities like a gym, swimming pool, and landscaped gardens. The location is convenient, close to markets, schools, and public transport. The security is excellent, with CCTV cameras and security guards patrolling the premises 24/7. The maintenance staff is responsive and efficient, addressing any issues promptly. I particularly appreciate the vibrant community atmosphere, with regular events and activities organized for residents. Overall, I'm happy with my decision to choose Suraj Homes as my residence.read more

while initial impression of Suraj home living there were revealed several drawbacks. The promised amenities like swimming pool and gym are often under maintenance and unavailable for use. The noise pollution from the nearby traffic is unbearable during peak hours. The construction quality is suspect, with cracks appearing in the wall leaks during haivy rain.read more

The quality of walls is very nice anything too good no seepage , and they are not sandy ,Anything is well maintained , Good schools are nearby, malls and resturants are in walking distance,and this is very safe in night , the society is built with good material, no any power cutsread more

yes I absolutely feel safe and secure within the society in night as there is adequate facility of CCTV cameras and watchman in each and every main gate too look after the who is entry in the society. our society is a DDA society so there are all public facilities are available at a reasonable cost like there is a proper facility of govt. hospital,parkl and school as well for the middle class and lower class people also privite facilities is also available for the upper classread more

the limitation of our society is that there is no proper garbage house to throw the garbage which leads to garbage on the roads which is the major cause of mosquito breeding also there is a need to built roer shelters for street dogs and to provide them vaccinationread more
