I acquired a 2BHK house in a decent Mumbai neighbourhood. They feature a clubhouse that includes a gym, a pool, a children's play area, an open-air theatre, and badminton courts, among other amenities. i just love it here.

Plenty of greenery will certainly come to life within monsoons, open up spaces, a good environment to work from home along a good cellular tower connection. I like the servicing it is good although a few waterlogging issues are present. Or else, the place is the complete value of money.
