Nearby, essential amenities such as schools, hospitals, and markets are easily accessible, simplifying daily tasks. Residents enjoy designated parking spaces, and rules are followed to maintain order and efficiency. Elevators are installed and well-maintained for convenient access to all floors. Maintenance of the society was poor; cleaning was not done properly. Facilities like lifts and CCTV were not well-maintained. The construction quality was average, nothing special.
