Maintenance of the society is good, with thorough cleaning of floors and balcony areas. They collect reasonable maintenance charges and ensure frequent garbage collection and disposal. The lift is well-functioning, and there is good water and power supply. Connectivity-wise, within 2 km, there are bus stops, supermarkets, grocery stores, and medical shops. The road condition is good, street lights are present, and there is ample parking space. We have never faced any construction issues, and the rooms have good ventilation and sunlight. Amenities include a swimming pool, gym, clubhouse, children�s play area, and walking track.read more

Water facilities are excellent, and power backups are reliable. Garbage collection is efficient. Public transportation is accessible within walking distance. Maintenance charges are reasonable, approximately 3000 for 3 BHK apartments. There are plenty of hospitals around the society. Parking areas are well-organized, and there is visitor parking available. The greenery in the society is very good.read more
