Good things here
This society is almost perfect. The construction is solid with no problems like seepage, leakage, or cracks. The ventilation is great. Maintenance is excellent with clean lifts, regular garbage collection, and well-kept facilities. Connectivity is good with easy access to autos, cabs, and the metro, although the railway station and airport are a bit far. The neighbourhood is friendly, and there are no issues with security or CCTV coverage. All the amenities are available, including a nice garden, a children's play area, a swimming pool, a gym, and a club.read more

There is a termite issue in the master bedroom�s wooden flooring. This is a problem that needs urgent attention. Other than that, everything is perfect here.read more

Its an average society without amenities like a house without window . Public transport like rikshaw ,autos are avalable but but metro is at a distance of 15 mins from the society which may be delayed sometimes due to traffic.read more
