Good things here
The society benefits from excellent connectivity, with convenient access to local transport and essential amenities nearby. Additionally, the metro station is only 1 km away, enhancing transportation options for residents. Cleanliness is well-maintained throughout the society, and security measures meet standard requirements. The rooms are spacious and adequately ventilated, ensuring a comfortable living environment.read more
Things need improvement
This building is part of an older society, which means its maintenance facilities are not as modern as those in newer developments. There is a basic maintenance team available to handle any issues that arise. Unfortunately, the society lacks amenities, and although there is a clubhouse, access is disputed between the builder and property holder, thus residents cannot use it. However, there are significant issues with pipeline fittings causing multiple seepages throughout the building that urgently need to be addressed and repaired.read more

Cleanliness is well-maintained, and there are no issues with garbage disposal. Autos, buses, and cabs are readily available. Everything is done on time in this society.read more

The connectivity of the Society is good. There is a metro station at a distance of 400 meters, cabs and buses are easily available outside the society and the people living in the society are�also�very�nice.read more

Maintenance was not good, proper services were not provided, it took a lot of time and the swimming pool is very small and the sewer pipeline is also very narrow and it causes a lot�of�problems.read more
