BBMP has issued notification for demolition of this property of pavani along with other properties on kundanhali road towards munekolaal. There has been notification in 2018 regarding the same. Not sure why owners are not telling this to new sellers.

The building is highly favourable for living as the place is originally a residential area surrounded by all the required shops and stores for obtaining daily life essentials. Frequent police patrolling is observed here.
