The walls made of plastered wood are of excellent quality, with no problems so far. The rooms are spacious, well-designed, and get plenty of sunlight and fresh air. Balconies are well-fitted for plumbing and electricity. The society is conveniently close to schools, hospitals, bus stops, and supermarkets. Roads are in good condition with proper street lights. There are plenty of amenities like sports courts, a swimming pool, gym, clubhouse, and playgrounds. Water and electricity are reliable, and the society is kept clean with regular garbage collection.
