Good things here

The people here are very nice, friendly, and cooperative towards each other. There is a dedicated kids' area with various swings and amenities. Garbage collection is done on time, and there are no ventilation issues. All amenities such as gym and clubhouse are available and well-maintained. The residents are also very cooperative. Parking is not an issue, which is a big plus. The lifts also work properly. Overall, it sounds like a well-functioning and pleasant place to live!read more

Things need improvement

The main issues here are the poor quality of water, which increases the chances of skin diseases among residents. Additionally, the roads are not in good condition, and sometimes there are ventilation problems. Salty water is also a recurring issue. Committee members are active and respond very well if you need any help. Connectivity-wise, within 500 meters, there are ATMs, bus stops, supermarkets, and schools. The road condition is good, with functional street lights and ample parking space. Amenities include a swimming pool, gym, clubhouse, table tennis, basketball court, cricket pitch, children's play area, walking track, and community hall.
