Regular garbage collection with proper segregation of wet and dry waste is maintained. Essential facilities like schools, hospitals, and markets are nearby. Each resident has designated parking, and rules are followed diligently. Elevators are well-maintained, and there is a reliable 24/7 supply of electricity and water. The construction quality is excellent, with no seepage or termite issues, proper ventilation, and good plaster and fittings. Modern amenities like a garden are available and well-maintained.read more

A nearby hospital and market, designated parking for each resident, and good connectivity with easily available public transport like buses, autos, and cabs. The roads are in good condition, and garbage is collected regularly. Elevators are installed and well-maintained, and the buildings have proper ventilation. There are amenities like a community hall, swings for children, and a garden, all of which are well-maintained. The neighbors are very nice and friendly, and a security guard is available, making it a great place to live.read more
A few important amenities are missing, such as a gym and swimming pool, which would greatly enhance the living experience. Additionally, some apartments are experiencing leakage issues that need immediate attention.read more

I had a mostly positive experience living in this society. The construction quality is solid, ensuring a comfortable and spacious living environment. The connectivity is good, making it easy to reach essential services and commute efficiently. The maintenance is commendable, with cleanliness maintained throughout and a well-kept garden that includes a lovely fountain. The neighbors are friendly and cooperative.read more
The society does lack some key amenities. While the garden is a nice touch, I missed having a gym and a swimming pool. These additional facilities would have significantly improved the overall living experience. Aside from this, everything else was good and met my expectations.read more

The maintenance charges were justified. Water was available 24/7. There was a garden in the society that was well-maintained. The residents were decent, and festivals were celebrated. Public transport was easily accessible.read more
There was a seepage issue in the flat. The society lacked amenities such as a gym, play area, and swimming pool. Cleanliness was not up to the mark. There was an issue with parking; spaces were not allocated, and there was no parking available for visitors inside the society, so they had to park outside. There was a slight traffic issue near the society.read more
