Despite its strengths in connectivity, maintenance, construction quality, and community friendliness, the society faces some challenges with its amenities. The gym lacks quality equipment, which may not meet the expectations of fitness enthusiasts. Additionally, the cricket field is not properly maintained and needs attention to become functional. While the suggestion to construct a football area for soccer players is thoughtful, addressing these current issues with existing amenities would significantly enhance resident satisfaction and the overall quality of recreational facilities in the society.read more

However, the playground was excellent, with all kinds of equipment available for play. The clubhouse was also decent. Sanket, one of the guards, was very helpful. Garbage collection was done on time. for commuting to the office, Ola, Uber, and autos were easily available. There were nearby malls, markets, and grocery shops. Festivals were celebrated, and the neighbors were very nice.read more
There were issues with ventilation and the committee members were not helpful. Despite having a lot of security, many things were stolen from outside my house. The maintenance charges were 5000 rupees per month. We had to contribute for every function and celebration. Additionally, we had to pay extra fees when moving in and also when leaving the society, which I found unfair. the swimming pool had no water, and the gym couldn't accommodate many people at once.read more

I lived in this society 2 years ago and found it to be a great place to stay. The connectivity was good with easy access to cabs, autos, and public transport. Maintenance was excellent, with everything well-maintained and clean. The construction quality was solid, with no issues of seepage, leakage, or cracks. All the amenities were available and awesome, making it a comfortable place to live. The neighbourhood was decent, with friendly people around. I had a generally good experience, but there were a few minor drawbacks. The neighbourhood was just okayish, and not as friendly or vibrant as I had hoped. Even though the connectivity was good and there were no issues with maintenance, the neighbourhood could have been more engaging.read more

The flats are very spacious. Security is good, and the lifts are well maintained. Cleanliness is well maintained, and water is available 24*7. Festivals are celebrated on a grand scale. All modern amenities are available and well maintained. There are no issues of leakage or seepage in the flat. Public transport is easily accessible from right in front of the society.read more
The society has power backup only for common areas and lifts, not for individual flats. Residents in the society tend to keep to themselves and do not interact much with each other.read more

The society is very posh with excellent connectivity and all amenities available except a swimming pool. Parking and security are great, and the overall living experience is excellent. Garbage collection and maintenance are well-managed, and the construction quality is excellent with spacious apartments and a great view as well.read more
The only drawback was the high cost of living, which was justified by the facilities but still too expensive for me. I lived there for only 10 months, and that too during the COVID period.read more
