The society maintains everything meticulously, managing team are good. ensuring there are no leaks or issues, demonstrating their commitment to maintenance. They offer attractive amenities such as a top-tier gym and a well-maintained clubhouse reflecting their emphasis on quality. Transportation is efficient with buses, auto-rickshaws, and taxis, making it easy to get around. Residents appreciate the proximity to bustling markets, grocery stores, hospitals, and schools, making the area highly desirable. The expansive park provides ample space for children to play, enhancing the community's appeal. Known for their hospitality, people in this community are friendly and cooperative.read more

The major issue in the society was the parking there was not a sufficient space in the parking area. Other wise everything was okay and well maintained.read more

The maintenance of the society is excellent, with allotted parking ensuring no parking issues, proper water supply, and no power cuts. Additionally, the construction quality is excellent, with well-ventilated flats and no seepage problems. The residents are also friendly and helpful. Furthermore, the connectivity around the society is outstanding, with schools, hospitals, markets, malls, and restaurants nearby, as well as easy access to public transport like auto cabs and buses, ensuring no connectivity�issues.read more

In the society, all amenities are available except for a swimming pool. Additionally, one of the two gardens is currently under renovation, so it is not functional. Apart from these issues, there is nothing else in the society that needs improvement as it is already well-maintained.read more

The roads outside the society are well-maintained and well-lit, ensuring safety at night. We take pride in keeping our society clean, with daily garbage collection. With uninterrupted 24/7 water supply and no issues of leakage or seepage, residents can enjoy peace of mind. All modern amenities are not only available but also well-maintained for everyone's convenience. The residents here are friendly, and there's plenty of parking space for everyone. Our lifts are also well-maintained, and on top of it all, the maintenance charges are very reasonable.read more

Auto-rickshaws aren't available near the society, requiring a walk to the main road to find them, which can be inconvenient. Additionally, it's worth noting that there's no swimming pool within the society.read more

Good things here
Around the society, markets and public transport were easily accessible, and maintenance services were provided on time with reasonable charges. Cleanliness was maintained well, and there were no power cuts. The residents of the society were also very nice.read more
Things need improvement
There were several issues around the society due to ongoing construction activities. Once outside the society, there was a lot of dust and dirt due to the construction, causing significant inconvenience. The society is quite old and has deteriorated over time, requiring repainting. Seepage and other issues were common due to the old construction, and even repairs didn't last long. Additionally, the flats in the open space receive more sunlight compared to those at the back, leading to uneven heating and more seepage issues. Due to the old construction, there are no amenities available, and there is no underground�parking.read more
