Living here is really convenient! It's always easy to find auto-rickshaws and cabs, which makes getting around a breeze. And the roads are in such great shape, driving is smooth sailing. I really enjoy the neighborhood; it's very friendly, and all the festivals are celebrated with enthusiasm. Having buses available right in front of the society is convenient, and the market area is within walking distance, which is great for everyday needs. There are issues with the water management system, leading to irregularities in transferring water from the underground tank to the terrace tanks, which may result in inadequate water supply to homes. Despite paying for water maintenance, tenants tend to consume water excessively. The lifts frequently malfunction, sometimes getting stuck, and with only one lift in each tower, it can cause inconvenience. Furthermore, there's a lack of amenities such as a swimming pool and gym in the society, and the small play area for kids is not adequately maintained. While the residents themselves are not problematic, there are issues with committee members who tend to address problems within their comfort zone, leading to delays in completing maintenance tasks.read more
