Nearby, you'll find easy access to the metro, buses, auto-rickshaws, and cabs, with well-maintained roads for smooth travel. Garbage collection is always on time. People in the area are friendly and cooperative, and all the amenities you need are available. Plus, every flat is designed with proper ventilation.read more

South City Mall is nearby. Markets, vegetable markets, and everything else are also close by. Metro, auto, buses, and cabs are easily available. Electricians and plumbers are available 24 hours. There is a swimming pool, clubhouse, gym, and playground. Garbage collection and lift maintenance are done on time.read more

We don't have any nearby railway station, so transportation becomes difficult for us. The maintenance team works slowly and can be a bit rude. It would be better if maintenance could be improved further.read more

Good things here

There's a D-mart right here in the neighborhood, so getting groceries is super easy. All the facilities we have are in good shape and taken care of. Garbage gets picked up every day. Plus, everyone gets their own parking spot, so parking is never a problem.read more

The construction quality here is really bad. When it rains heavily, water leaks in through the balcony, windows, and even the washroom. Two out of the five towers had big problems with painting and waterproofing. Also, there's no railway station nearby.read more
