The society has excellent connectivity with all public transport options available just outside. Ample parking spaces are allotted to residents, and nearby amenities like shops, supermarkets, schools, and restaurants are easily accessible. Garbage collection is timely, and there are no major electricity issues, with proper backup in place. The apartments are spacious and well-ventilated. Amenities such as a gym, swimming pool, clubhouse, and kids' play area are available within the society. I personally enjoy using the gym and swimming pool when time permits.read more

The road quality outside the society requires improvement as it is currently substandard. During rush hours, congestion is severe as cars are often parked haphazardly, leading to traffic problems and a bustling atmosphere. Society maintenance falls short despite the charges levied. The maintenance fee of Rs 3 per square foot has recently surged by 150%, primarily allocated for temple construction and repair, neglecting other essential maintenance needs. Water quality poses a concern due to iron content, leading to damage to bathroom tiles, and minor dampness issues persist throughout. Additionally, significant space wastage is observed within the society, with amenities like the gym suffering from poor maintenance and delayed repair works.
