Mauli Parivar began with small steps and big hopes. Mr. Sunil Bharadkar started by helping his father in a modest general store in Kurar village. With time, effort, and quiet determination, he entered the cable TV industry, slowly earning the licenses needed to operate as a Multisystem Operator and Internet Service Provider in Mumbai. Nothing came easy — but he kept moving forward, learning and growing with each step.

As the trust of people grew, so did the vision. From cable and internet services, the path naturally led to real estate. Today, Mauli Parivar has completed 8 projects and is currently working on 4 more — each one built with care, and with the belief that every home should feel like it truly belongs to the people living in it.
