Good things here
Nearby to Pune Nagar Highway, with good rooftop amenities. Good construction quality along with speed. Schools and hospitals are nearby to society.read more

Good things here
The locality is great for living with good public transport and no traffic jams. it has nearby metro station, hospital and easy access to cans and autos. In this locality very less power cuts and no water shortage problems. the flats and infrastructure of buildings are very good.read more

The road quality in this area is poor and parking is an issue because there are very limited parking space available.read more

Good things here
This area is one of the best area for living because the roads are wide and shopping malls, Gym, swimming pool, Grocery stores, restaurants, hotel, schools banks are within few km radius. The good hospitals are nearby at walkable distance. The buses are frequently available 10 to 15 minutes.read more

The area has very less space for parking. Additionally, the market is few minutes away. The streets are not proper because most of the garbage.read more

Wagholi is an upcoming residential locality in Pune right next to the Pune international airport. The area is developing very fast and there are mostly 2 BHK and 3 BHK apartments for sale in new projects at Rs. 6500 to Rs. 7500 per sq ft.
