marvel zephyr is one the of the best residential apartments in kharadi, pune. it is very good society with humble nature good parking space available with CCTV camera. it's a prime location and it is closers to schools and closer to industrial hub of pune. marvel zephyr offers a wide range of amentities, including swimming pool, gyms, clubhouses and beautiful gardens.read more

there is traffic jams issue and the road is been blocked by the people. there is absence of basketball and vollyball court. there is little issue with public transport like city bus. you will not find public transport easily hereread more

The main problem is the traffic, especially during peak hours when it's very crowded and takes a long time to get around. More people moving in has also made living here more expensive, with houses and apartments costing more. Although the place is nice, the quick growth means there's a lot of construction happening, which can be loud and bothersome.read more

The electricity supply is consistent. There is adequate water supply in this area. The Locality is clean, and people are decent. It has working streetlight on most of the roads, it has 0 crime rate and i feel very safe to live here with family.read more
