I appreciate the good connectivity here, with easily available buses, autos, and cabs making commuting hassle-free. The well-maintained roads and proximity to schools, hospitals, and markets add to the convenience. The construction quality is excellent, and I haven't encountered any issues like seepage or termites. Proper ventilation and regular garbage collection with wet and dry waste segregation are well-managed. It's great to have modern amenities like a gym, clubhouse, and swimming pool that are well-maintained. The neighbors are friendly, and the presence of CCTV cameras and security guards provides peace of mind.read more
