Good things here
They do regular cleaning here, and the view from the balcony offers a lovely greenery scene. The park is well-maintained too.
Things need improvement
There's a lack of connection among people here, and during the rainy season, the basement tends to flood. Occasionally, snakes find their way into rooms, but the maintenance team doesn't seem to coordinate well with us on these issues.

Ola,uber,rapido,autos are easily avialable for public transport. metro is nearby.
Things need improvement
No amenitis,no paint for long time,no playground for kids,no power backup for lights.

Location is great and connectivity is good like easy auto , cab avialable . villas type houses is here not too tall building.

Everything about the society is good, so overall I don't think there is anything need to improve

Construction quality is very bad like leakage,seepage,and termite issue in the room , street dog is very problamatic for me , no club house is here.

Security guard is very strict for any fighting situation or any problem. all amenitis services is here .

I love this neighborhood because it's convenient with shops and offices nearby, there's a beautiful lake, and the cost of living is reasonable.

The society has an abundance of dogs, causing problems for the residents.

Maintanance is good , 24/7 power and water supply ,open area avialable and ground also.

No connectivity is avialalble ,you have to go few long to catch public transport. clubhouse and swiming pool was not there.

The metro is readily available here, making transportation hassle-free, and the maintenance is also commendable.

The building structure in the society isn't that impressive, and there aren't many amenities available—just a park with no swimming pool or clubhouse.

Club house,ngym,swiming pool is under construction thats why we have o go outside for used this services .
