Also we have extensive experience in constructing the houses taking into consideration the environment preservation and thereby discharging our social duties and responsibilities We have projects at hand situated at the conspicuous locations in Pune like Balewadi, Kiwale, Punawale, Wakad Hinjewadi, Sus, off Baner Road, Baner Pashan Link Road etc. Many innovative procedures have been started at Sanjeevani solely for the one purpose and i.e. customer satisfaction. 1) We strictly follow timely Possession, amenities, specification for each project and so far we are successful in delivering what we have committed. 2) We arrange timely get-togethers of our clients with a view to update progress of the site and for awareness of green environment, trees are planted by auspicious hands of our clients and we display their nameplates beside the respective plant. Possession is handover after completing a check list of nearly 250 items of flat. 3) We put all the sanction related documents of every project on our web site, which hardly any developer does. 4) Most important, we don’t build for investors but for genuine buyers as we feel that home is a most essential commodity & not money spinning business!
