Possession is handover after completing a check list of nearly 250 items of flat. 3) We put all the sanction related documents of every project on our web site, which hardly any developer does. 4) Most important, we don’t build for investors but for genuine buyers as we feel that home is a most essential commodity & not money spinning business!
