Living here is a convenient affair as it is close to market with a variety of retail stores as well as close to reputed schools and colleges within a 3 KN radius.

The cleanliness of the housing complex is something that may need a bit of attention. Though the maintenance is good more focus on the cleanliness of the quarters is advised to the management.

The infrastructure is well made according to the looks of it. I didn't see anything as such that may concern a home buyer in Lok Upvan 1 or 2. Overall it is a good option for affordable accommodation.

Living here I can say that the entire project is an example of great affordable housing in the heart of thane. Well connected by roads but does face a little traffic issues in peak rush hours.
