I hardly find any issues in this gated community. But one thing is that the maintenance of the public area could use more focus by the managing authorities. Amenities provide is good value for money.

The projects neighbourhood of Thane has some wonderful societies that are adjacent to the National Park area, giving it a very natural peace, and there is virtually no pollution in this area despite it being quite close to the core of the city.
