Good things here
The standout feature of this society is its excellent connectivity, being situated very close to the main road. Nearby, you'll find a range of facilities including schools like Delhi Public School, several hospitals, supermarkets, and bus stops. Additionally, the residents are known for being friendly and cooperative.read more
Things need improvement
During my time there, I faced several challenges. Maintenance was particularly difficult as amenities like the swimming pool were poorly maintained, and the gym space was insufficient for the approximately 160 families residing there. Moreover, the construction quality was subpar, resulting in occasional leakage issues. Adding to the frustration, maintenance charges were expensive, yet the facilities provided were inadequate.read more

The good thing about this society is that ventilation for each flat is excellent, and the spacing between each unit is ample. The connectivity of the society is top-notch as it is situated near the main road, and all essential amenities such as grocery stores, dairies, and supermarkets are within walking distance. Additionally, a few schools and hospitals are located around 500 meters from the society. Maintenance is also excellent, with regular garbage collection and cleanliness in the surroundings. The construction quality is top-notch, without any leakage problems. Amenities such as the clubhouse, gym, swimming pool, and play area are well-maintained.read more

The society's connectivity is very high due to its proximity to the main road, with schools, hospitals, restaurants, supermarkets, petrol stations, bus stops, and shopping malls conveniently located within a 1 to 2km radius. It offers top-notch amenities such as a clubhouse, gym, swimming pool, park, badminton court, temple, and multiple play areas surrounded by greenery. Maintenance facilities are also excellent, with ample parking and dedicated security staff.
