Surrounding residents are friendly and supportive, actively participating in cultural festivals and events. Conveniently, within a 1 km radius, there are bus stops, metro stations, supermarkets, gold shops, hotels, restaurants, theaters, ensuring easy connectivity. The road quality is satisfactory, with functioning street lights and ample parking space. Amenities such as a swimming pool, gym, clubhouse, table tennis, indoor games, kids' play area, walking track, and garden enhance the community living experience. Maintenance services are excellent, with regular cleaning of floors and reliable water and power supply. Residents also participate in regular door-to-door garbage collection. The construction quality ensures proper ventilation and ample sunlight throughout the floors.read more

I enjoy living here because the society maintains excellent cleaning and garbage collection services. The lifts are consistently operational, which adds to the convenience of daily life. It's conveniently located with nearby access to hospitals and markets. Importantly, we have not encountered any problems with seepage or leakage. Overall, it's a comfortable and well-maintained place to reside.read more

Things need improvement

I have some reservations about the society. Currently, the roads are under construction, causing inconvenience for residents. While the cleaning and garbage collection are good, the ongoing roadworks make commuting challenging. This detracts from an otherwise decent living environment.read more

Connectivity like cabs and autos is easily available in the society. Maintenance of the society is very good. Water facility is excellent in the society, available 24/7. Power backup is also available. People are very friendly and cooperative in the society. Garbage collection is also very good; they collect daily in the society. Moreover, amenities like swimming pool, clubhouse, gym, and kids' play area are well-maintained in the society.read more

Construction quality is very poor in the society, with some seepage issues present. There isn't much space for walking in the society. Maintenance charges are expensive in the society.read more
