The 5600 acres of nearby protected woodland in a superb location. The neighbourhood is close to the hospital and the bus stop in Kukatpall. It is a good area. It is conveniently located, close to a retail mall, and close to a metro station. 500 metres off the Mumbai highway Drive time to Houston is 15 minutes.
