Good things here
Connectivity is good with easily available cabs and autos. power backup is also available. Garbage collection is very efficient, with separate collections for wet and dry waste in the society. The construction quality is very good; there are no seepages or leaks in the society. Amenities include a clubhouse, gym, play areas, and a party hall, which are all available and well-maintained. Public transportation, including buses, is available within walking distance from the society. The maintenance charges are reasonable, approximately 2 rupees per square foot. Parking areas are sufficient in the society. Hospitals are available nearby, which is very convenient.read more

There are some water issues ongoing in the society, such as water leakage in certain areas, which is a bit problematic. Additionally, there is no swimming pool in the society, which is very inconvenient. The metro is available, but it is far from the society, approximately 10 kilometers away, making it less convenient. There is also a traffic issue just outside the society, which is very inconvenient.read more

The maintenance in the society is very good, ensuring a high-quality living environment. The water supply is excellent, and there is reliable power backup. Garbage collection is efficient, and the construction quality of the society is commendable. There are no issues with seepage or leakage. The society offers numerous amenities, including a swimming pool, clubhouse, gym, athletic tracks, and a kids' play area. Indoor games are also available. Parking is well-organized and sufficient. Public transportation, such as buses, is conveniently available within a reasonable distance from the society. The maintenance charges are very reasonable for the level of services provided.read more

The connectivity in this society is fantastic, with autos and cabs readily available. The roads are well-maintained, and there's a nearby supermarket where I get all my daily essentials. The construction quality is impressive, with no seepage or termite issues, and the ventilation is just right. Each resident has designated parking, and the rules are well-enforced. Garbage collection is regular and segregated into wet and dry. The gym, clubhouse, and swimming pool are available and well-maintained. The neighbors are incredibly friendly, and I've never had any disputes with them. There's also a CCTV camera and a security guard to ensure safety.read more
