The friendly and cooperative nature of the people in our society fosters a sense of community, making living here a pleasant experience, especially during celebrations and social events. I'm relieved that we don't face any pet-related issues. Reliable water supply is crucial for our daily needs, and I'm glad that we don't encounter any water supply issues, ensuring that water is always available whenever needed. we don't experience any major electricity issues, and the availability of power backup adds an extra layer of security and convenience during power outages. The availability and proper maintenance of lifts in our society ensure accessibility and convenience for all residents.read more
It's disappointing to note that the amenities in our society are limited, and despite promises made by the builder, essential facilities such as a functional swimming pool and a playground have not been provided. he presence of seepage, leakage, and dampness within our society is concerning, indicating potential structural issues and compromising the integrity of our buildings. Designated parking and community rules maintain order. Reliable 24/7 electricity and water supply support daily life. A friendly community atmosphere thrives among neighbors. Well-maintained elevators ensure smooth operation. Security includes CCTV surveillance and a 24/7 guard. Efficient garbage collection with waste segregation promotes cleanliness.read more
Parking is reserved only for owners and not tenants, which can be inconvenient for renters in the society. Other than this, I can't think of anything else that I dislike.read more

According to me, the connectivity of the society is excellent. There is a nearby metro station and railway station, and the frequency of public transport is very good, with plenty of local buses, autos, and other options available. Additionally, the construction quality of the society is very good, with well-ventilated and spacious flats. The maintenance is also commendable, with the society being well-maintained, clean, and green. Parking is allotted, and there is ample space, with guest parking also available. I don't think there is any need for improvement in the society, but many amenities in the society are not functional, such as the park, which is available but not functional. So, I feel that all available amenities should�be�functional.read more

Around the society, there are malls, metro stations, railway stations, markets, schools, and hospitals, so the connectivity is excellent. Maintenance services in the society are also very good; all services are provided on time, and cleaning is regularly done.
