Good things here

Transportation connectivity is not very good as metro station is not available nearby. Other public transport are also distant. Traffic was manegable. Maintenance quality is fine with proper cleanliness and hygiene. There was no water supply and logging issues. Amenities like gym, play area, swimming pool and clubhouse were available. Neighborhood was friendly and cooperative, celebrated all festivals and occasions together.read more

The only dislike the user could recall regarding the construction quality was that there were some seepage issues outside the society premises.read more

Good things here

The society has got no seapage issue for all the residents the maintainace fee is decided as per squarefit area for each flats, connectivity is okay,earlier the roads were not good and built properly but over the years and time the roads were developed into master roads, it got constructed between the year 2015 to 2020 there are nearby markets around the society other facilities like gym, swimmingpool and all was available and accesible there was no other exclusive charges for tenents it was same like others, maintainance charges is equal to all the risidents within the society parking is available in the societyread more

The society has got some towers where there are seapage issues, majorly it is seen in top floor flats in some towersread more
