Olla and Uber mil jata hai. vegetable market pass me hi hai, reliance store bhi pass m hai. restaurants nearby hai. leakage ya seepage ka koi issue nhi aaya hai . security acchi hai. log kafi cooperative and friendly hai. sare celebrations achese hote hai. play area and gym hai and properly maintained hai.read more

Local transport vehicles pass me nhi milte hai jaise autos and bus. society ka cleanliness up to the mark nhi hai. pani hard water aata hai hume ghar me khud ka RO lagana padata hai. highway society se 1-2 km away hai. power backup sirf lifts and common areas ke liye hai. swimming pool use karna kisiko bhi allowed nhi hai.read more

Things need improvement
The local shops, super markets and grocery stores, schools, restaurants are far from the society. There are water supply issues faced a lot in the society. Even electricity issues arise a lot, power cuts happens and there is no power backup available in the society. The area is very crowded in the society, a lot of people is accomodated. There is a lot of traffic as well as pollution faced in this area around the society. Water quality is very bad, water remains very dirty. Swimmingpool is available but there is no water as water quality of the society is not good, the swimmingpool is not functional. Gym is also available but there are no sufficient equipements, maximum equipements are rusted and it is not maintained properly. Tenents are not allowed to use the club house. There are different charges taken for using the service lifts. Lifts are also not properly functionable sometimes. The emergency firre estinguisher doesn't work when in emergency. Wall quality is very bad, The construction quality is very week. People in the society are not that friendly, there are no cultural festivals and events celebrated in this society.read more

Connectivity of the apartment was really good,auto,cabs were easily available in the society,There were no leakage and seepage issues in the apartment.ALl the modern amenities were available in the society like swimming pool,club house,gym,kids play area etc.High security system as all the areas were under cctv survilance.Cleaniness was good in the society.read more

Crowd of the people was good like they were very helpful and kind. Connectivity was good like schools and hospitals are near by the apartment ,essentials were easily available near by the society. security system was great and like neat,clean ans hygenic surrounding.read more

There was water supply issues in the society. maintenence was just pathetic none of the amenities were functional at that time. all over the building has leakage and seepage issues . rooms were not spacious at all.read more
