I think Kumar Palmcrest is a very good society in terms of connectivity, lifestyle, safety and environment. The streets around the building are well-lit and ample parking space is available for the residents and visitors.

I have no complaints against Kumar Palmcrest. It is a very convenient society meeting the daily needs of the residents. I have never experienced issues like water shortage or power cuts. The building is safe.

The facilities that come with Kumar Palmcrest interested me. The building is well-equipped with swimming pool, 24*7 security, multipurpose court, gym, club house, gated community, play area for children and so on.

This building primarily grabbed my interest because of the location advantage. Kumar Palmcrest is about 300 metres away from Matoshri Gardens and it is close to Canara Bank ATM, and Chandra Nursing Home.
