Kumar Karishma Society is located at Karve Road, Pune West having wide range of luxurious apartment as per our choice and needs. It is built by Kumar properties, a well known leading group in Pune's real estate market. The residential township offers recreational and leisure facilities such as gymnasium, playground, swimming pool, park, club house, party area, school, hospital, shopping complex, a bus stop and several other amenities. The interiors are clean and beautifully crafted with modern designs and best quality fittings structured as per vastu shastra. It also has 24hrs power backup, good quality lift, library, greenery and spacious parking space. Apart from that security devices are installed to ensure safety of it's resident 24/7. All these features together assures relax, comfortable and lavish lifestyle.read more
Things need improvement
The dislikes are that it's fully crowdy everytime which often leads to traffic jam outside of the society and eventually creating noise pollution. It has lesser number of street lights. Also it has smaller group of maintenance staffs, poor and unhygienic waste management. Cost of living and maintenance cost is also high. Brokerage charges are comparatively more here.read more
