In my experience, the maintenance of the society has been commendable. Everything, from garbage collection to lift maintenance, has been consistently well-handled. I've also appreciated having access to all amenities, such as the gym, swimming pool, and clubhouse, all of which have been kept in excellent condition. Moreover, I've found the residents of the society to be friendly and considerate, which has contributed to a positive living environment. Additionally, the construction quality has been consistently good, with no major issues to report. Overall, I've been satisfied with my experience living in the society.read more
In my experience, the overall quality of the society was quite good. However, my main concern was the lack of easily accessible public transport in the vicinity. It was inconvenient to have to travel a considerable distance to access public transportation. Other than this issue, everything else within and around the society was satisfactory.read more

I'm thrilled with how easy it is to get around with auto-rickshaws and cabs always available when I need them. The roads are in great shape, and having designated parking spots makes life even more convenient. It's nice to see the community well taken care of with timely painting maintenance, keeping everything looking sharp. Plus, the water and electricity supply are reliable, which makes daily life smooth sailing. The maintenance standards here are exceptional, from the elevators to the buildings themselves, which gives me peace of mind about safety and durability. Natural light and ventilation make for a comfortable living space, and having modern amenities available adds to the enjoyment of living here. The CCTV cameras also provide an extra layer of security, which is reassuring. And the friendly atmosphere among neighbors makes it feel like a real community. I used to live there 3 years back and had no issues at all. Everything was great. The connectivity was good as Ola, Uber, and auto rickshaws used to come on time. The maintenance was excellent with no problems, and the construction was solid without any issues. The neighborhood was friendly, and everyone was nice. There were no problems with CCTV, security, parking, guest parking, or stray dogs. The amenities were mostly good. There was a swimming pool, garden, children's play area, gym, and clubhouse.read more
The only minor issue was that the swimming pool was a bit dirty at times. It was cleaned on alternate days, so sometimes it wasn�t as clean as it could be. Other than that, everything else was perfect. The amenities were there, but the pool cleanliness could have been better.read more

The connectivity of the society is excellent, with all public transport options available nearby. The maintenance of the society is pretty good; everything is well-maintained with on-time cleaning and lift maintenance. There are no issues of seepage or leakage in the flats. Additionally, the neighbors are very polite and helpful, making it a pleasant place to live.read more
In my opinion, the society should have amenities like a gym, swimming pool, and park. It's a bit disappointing that these facilities are lacking, and this is an area that definitely needs improvement.read more
