the society is touched to the highway and gives very premium feel when you get inside also the security is very friendly and also has very nice ammenitiesread more

Good things here

The flats had good sunlight and ventilation, with no leakage or seepage issues. Daily garbage collection ensured cleanliness, and there was round-the-clock water supply. All modern amenities were available and well-maintained. The residents were decent, and auto-rickshaws were easily available near the society. The roads outside the society were in good condition.read more

Things need improvement

Cockroaches were abundant in the flats, and we had to manage pest control ourselves as it was not provided by the society. There was a significant issue with the mobile network in the flats.read more

Goregaon East is a suburban locality situated in Mumbai, Maharashtra. Goregaon East is situated on the western side of the Mumbai and the nearby localities are Malad, Borivali, Jogeshwari and Andheri. NH 7 (Western Express Highway) passes through Goregaon East and the famous SV road connects Goregaon to Malad to Andheri. Oracle and many big companies are situated in the Nesco IT Park. Lodha builders and Rahega developers are the major builders in this region. Goregaon railway station is situated within the locality. There is metro construction going for expanding the Andheri metro line to Goregaon on the western Express highway. Oberoi Mall is situated on the Goregaon East and is a famous shopping spot. There is no water scarcity in this locality as the BMC provides 24 hour water supply. Goregaon East doesn’t face any load shedding issues and if there is some maintenance work prior notice is given to the residents.
