Good things here

Roads well-lit at night. Well connected to NH65 and downtown Hyderabad. Many top class schools, healthcare centers, hospitals, restaurants, banks, malls, cinema halls, parks are there in the locality. Regular police patrolling in the area and very rare reports of minor crimes in the city. There are many well-maintained government parks. 31 km away from Rajiv Gandhi international airport. 15 km away from Hyderabad Deccan railway station. Private cabs like uber and ola are easily available.read more

Huge traffic jams parking space is limited pollution is so high noise pollution is also some high except 4 residental gated communities are good to stay remaining narrow street roadssewage system at the time of heavy rains.read more

There is good public transport available. Shopping malls and general stores supermarkets are also only 3 kilometres away. Bandlaguda Jagir has everything we need, including electronics, malls, restaurants, bakeries, hotels, lodges, grocery stores, schools, and hospitals. Driving time is less than ten minutes.

It is safe to go late at night because crime is rare and the streets are well maintained. During the day, public transport is excellent. According to previous years, it is a developing area. The area is free of traffic, has good housing for tenants, and all markets are nearby. There are also hospitals nearby.

To go somewhere from Appa Junction we have to go to Bandlaguda. After that, it is very simple to get a bus from Bandlaguda to Uppal, Bandlaguda to Afzalghunj, Bandlaguda to LB Nagar, and Bandlaguda to Secundrabad. New roads are excellent. There will be fewer mishaps. At night, you're safe. 3-5 schools are within walking distance. There is one international school (Indu International School). There are numerous kirana shops. And there are supermarkets nearby.read more

First and foremost, the transport system is excellent. Nearby hospitals, shopping malls, schools, a petrol station, a gym and a grocery store. Dmart is within walking distance. The environment is also excellent.
