Good things here

There are many good hospitals available nearby, good doctors are available and treatment is also done in a good manner. The main highway is just a few steps away. Cabs and taxis are easily booked here. There is no problem of water shortage. Electricity supply is also good. There are street lights on the road. There is a park and playground nearby for the children to play. The children's school is also nearby.read more

There are potholes at many places on the road due to which there is a risk of accidents. The drains on the road are not cleaned properly due to which during rains the drain water comes on the road. The parking facility is not good and in some places there is no lift facility.read more

Located on bazaar main road madipakkam which will be very flexible to get all type of transport like bus, mrts train, metro and airport. Since it is located in main road it is easily accessible of super market fish market all type of restaurants. madipakkam is a place where it is easily connected to velachery taramani thiruvanmuyur and besant nagar in east side and pallikaranai medavakkam tambaram in west side. if you want to take train in tambaram, central or egmore it is always a 30mins of travel and if you want to go to airport it is hardly 15mins of travel easily accessable of public transport like buses to thiruvanmiyur tambaram t nagar OMR etc. easliy accessable to all beaches like besant nagar beach, thiruvanmuyur beach palavakkam beach ecr beach. very very easliy accessable to pheniox mall which is 5mins from the property and PVR grand mall which just 2mins from our property. BSR Mall, PVR Grand Galada Mall and AeroHub also easliy accessable from our property. bazzar road is a place where we will get all type of products accessoriesread more
