Good connectivity with public transport.The cost of living in Pallavaram South Chennai is affordable and there is plenty of housing available. The schools and colleges are also well-regarded, offering a good education to students.

Well maintained society is peaceful, with great infrastructure and plenty of amenities. The roads are well maintained, with a number of shops, restaurants. Public transport is also easily available, making it easy to get around.

Pammal area was clean, hygiene and any time water facility available. No power cuts and buses ,shared autos are available .Pallavaram railway station is located within 2 km. Friday market in Pallavaram is very famous.

The climate in Pallavaram has a wet season that is overcast and the dry season has winds blowingwith the sky partly cloudy.It is hot year-round.
