Construction quality is the best part of project for me. All major highway, school, hospital nearby along with metro and monorail, railway station, my own office and more. Children love proximity to all the café, restaurant and all in the locality. No worry about their safety in this area. Also the construction is strong that can resist earthquake.

The designated play areas for the children, a park with open space, jogging, garden, swimming area and Eco-friendly development. The walking and jogging track are worth. Overall the project is worth an investment.

We have access to Residents will have access to the community's amenities such as community centre, swimming pool, indoor & outdoor games, kids play area, and maintenance & security services. Every unit in this development has a balcony. Quality is good, but the location isn't.

A beautiful apartment complex with all amenities to offer. The major concern here is its next to a big shanty locality, which is why me and my wife don't allow our kids out at night. Though the complex has its own security. Security and safety could be a concern at times.
