Good things here

The beach is good and nice atmosphere.it is a long beach.The beach was so cleaned. There are a lot of shops for eating. I always love to go.the Beach is best for family and kids. The mind becomes cool and pleasant when spent there. The beach is a geat place to experience the local culture of chennai. Have good restaurant nearby. The beach is a great place for walking.read more

Things need improvement

The beach can get crowded on Sundays and in the evenings. There is no parking facilities at the beach. The beach is unsafe at the night. There is a nuisance of dogs. If you get wet playing in the water, there is no room to change the dress. Not get a good water. Have traffic problem near the Beach. So Its not easy to get out of there. There is no hospital nearby.read more

Good things here

One of the best things about living here is the peaceful yet vibrant atmosphere. The neighborhood strikes a perfect balance between calm residential vibes and easy access o essential facilities. The green spaces are a real plus; there are well-maintained parks where families, kids, and even pets can enjoy a relaxed evening. What's also great is how friendly and welcoming the community is - it feels like a safe, close-knit place where neighbors look out for each other. Plus, there's no shortage of grocery stores, cafes, and other conveniences within walking distance, making daily life easy and pleasant. Overall, it's a fantastic place to call home!read more

Things need improvement

I genuinely love this area, but like any place, there are a few things, I would wish were different. Traffic can be a bit of a pain, especially during rush hour - getting in and out can take a while when it's busy . Also i would love to see more options for dining or even a cozy cafe nearby for quick coffee runs; right now, choices are a bit limited. And every now and then, there's some construction noise - nothing too disruptive, but it's there. Still these are just small inconveniences in an otherwise great place to liveread more

It has several housing options which are very affordable and well maintained. The societies are also quite secure and offer all the basic amenities. Some area face water-logging problems during rains.
