Another advantage of this society is the minimal maintenance charges and clean internal roads with trees planted for lush greenery. Homes are spacious, well built and provides a nice view. The amenities including grocery shops, gym, banquet hall and parks are available inside the society. Overall, it is a good place to live suitable for working couple as you will not find any security concerns here. Everything is available easily even good colleges, shops and other facilities are available. The connectivity is very good as it hardly takes some time to reach the public transport or get a cab a doorstep. Ample parking space for residents and visitors is available. It is much safer place for family and working parents who can work in office without thinking twice about the safety of their family members. There are many schools, colleges and even hospital available at a short distance. Also the prices are reasonable for all the facilities you get here. Nice construction and good local area where you can go for shopping. Auto/bus stand are accessible at short distance. The malls, colleges, schools, shops are nearby. There is no power supply or water supply issues here. Homes are built of high quality material and roads are well maintained. Parks, jogging track, gym, etc. are there inside the premises. Avadi Main Road and Chennai Outer Ring Road connect the locality to the rest of the city. Enough parking space along with good connectivity and well-constructed houses tempts you to stay here. Also, the maintenance is done on a regular basis so, you can also enjoy the green parks and all other amenities like swimming pool, gym, golf course, shops and it even have ATMs right inside. The roads are well built and maintained. The safety and security of the residents is also taken care well as there are CCTV cameras installed everywhere along with professional guard support. There is a small concern about the network which is not so great and you might not be able to comfortable to do work from home sometimes.read more
