stationary and grocery shops are available inside the residency and also an ATM is provides which is an immense help for the residents living here. the children's play area and garden is a boon for the people where they can enjoy recreational activities.

the 4th floor residency has no elevator facility and it becomes a great hassle for the elderly and the sick living in the society. There is no metro connectivity here. the Badlapur and Vagani stations are also far from here. transportation is a major issue.

the residency provides all the necessary facilities to its residents. car parking is of no hassle here. gardens and the availability of public transport , the greenery that surrounds the place is refreshing , wide and maintained roads and complex.

the main roads of Karjat and Badlapur are close by and there are auto and bus stands which help in commuting. hospitals are located near to the complex. ceremonial halls and other facilities like banks are also available.
